     public  hospital  can be  careless  because  of the  large amount of trageries and  circustances  that had   happende  under the  watch  of  doctor and  stuff members  .  in the  newspaper   editorial  the  woman who die  in the  waiting  room  by  jeneen  Interlani . is a clear example  hospital across the  country  have  strugle  to provide  acute phsychiaric  care  to the  poor and   unsured .

               I  could relate  to this  point  very well  . Two year  s  ago   i went to the  emergency room of the Jamaica  Hospital for  chronic  stomach   pains  . since  i  didnt  have   insurrence  at the time   i has  to wait  on hour  to  be  seem   and another to be threat it .many who are under  this  situation are put  to the side in hospital simply because their are not   cover.  hospital  have been lacking   for  over 40 yers  .
as  Esmin   Green   the woman who    die    i nt he waitting  room  many  paittien    as welll die  in  hospital   because   their not    resiving the necessary   attention

       Althought many argue all law should be follow as it ment by  all   citizenship   given  an   oportunitty  to   achive a highter  education  to does  who deprite of it    it  not  going   going against it .  the  editorial of the   chicago  tribune  pubilshed  "  An education  in citizenship"   .   the illinois  house  pass  a bill that   would  allow   illligal  imigrant  pay  stete tuition  in all the  universities and college of illinois  .  i agree  with  given  the  articele.


although i was not born in this country i grew up and attend it school in here , As i enter college i met many peer who were in the same situation as i was but wti hthe exeption that they had to paid high tuiton because there consider international regarless they have attented school   in   this country as well .  many of them   where  dined   the  many   loans   grant  and finacal   aid   the govement   offfers simply because of their  imigration status , dispite  the fact that their  parent s   paid     federal  taxes    that suppport  ithis  help the  govement   offers to everybody   else.    given  them   state  tuition    rates  it not    depriving   some one  who  is  a  citizen  from     paying    out of state   tuition     but  it     given    something it was promised   in aschool .

      Advocate    for  immigrant    estimate   there are  3000     youth   in  illinous   who  are    in this    position     . in  which   there    were   born I n  another   country   but raise   in the  USA  the tuition  fee    shouldn’t   be as  an   outside state     ($13.906)    because   as the   advocate   for immigrant  stated  their parents   paid    federal taxes   .  the  true   of the matter    is    the    cost of a  highter  education       is not   about   money    but the hard    effort    everybody  put  to  be  able    to achive their   goal    to become    somebody .
